Founder and CEO, Lisa Laurette Young, MSN, RN, CNOR, CLNC®, has more than two decades of nursing experience. Lisa is a Masters Prepared Multistate Registered Nurse, a practicing surgical nurse educator in a level 1 trauma center, a Certified Nurse of the Operating Room (CNOR), a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant (CLNC®) and experienced as an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) administrator possessing a vast amount of knowledge in standards of care, regulatory accreditation requirements and quality safety initiatives. Lisa is a member of the National Alliance of Certified Legal Nurse Consultants, the largest and oldest associations of legal nurse consultants in the nation.
